Administrative Role - Ballymena
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions, and providing reception cover and processing of documents.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain the company's purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
* Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and other authorised transactions into the purchase ledger
* Match invoices to purchase orders/delivery dockets
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Provide reception cover and process documents
**Requirements**
* 1-year experience working in a busy administration or accounts department
* Experience using Sage or a similar package
* Experience processing high-volume purchase ledger
