Our clients are a Northern Ireland based construction, groundworks, and civil engineering company.
They carry out works directly to their own clients and supply these services to main contractors on larger scale projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
This position requires a detailed-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills.
**Day to Day**:
- Accurate and timely entry of construction / health and safety files.
- Ensure consistency and precision in recording transactions and expenses.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and organizing project-related documents.
- Liaise with suppliers for order placements, deliveries, and invoice reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with on-site teams to address administrative needs.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety team to support reporting.
- Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as needed.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Construction Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Health and Safety / ISO Management.
- Experienced in Document Control within Construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
