The role will include, but is not limited to: Accurately processing a high volume of Sub-Contractor Invoices Recognising queries and liaising with the appropriate persons to resolve Reconciling Subcontractor Statements Assisting with Supplier payments and statutory returns Running and distributing monthly reports Supporting the Sub-Contractor Accounts Team with managing inbox, categorising and filing invoices Essential Criteria: 2+ years experience working in an Accounts Administrator role Confidence working with MS Excel Experience working with an accounts package such as SAGE Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Desirable Criteria: Experience working in the Construction Industry A sound working knowledge of CIS / RCT and current VAT legislation and the ability to put this knowledge into practice Experience of SAGE 200 Skills: team work Initiative Reliability Attention to detail communication skills.
