**Administration Assistant (Construction) - Ballymena - Full Time**
- Monday to Friday
- £Negotiable salary
- Immediate start available
Your main focus will be to play a vital role in supporting company construction projects by efficiently handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records. **Duties will include**:
- Document Management
- Data Entry
- Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately and providing assistance or information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling incoming/outgoing mail as required.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information
**What experience do you need?**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) essential and experience with digital document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
- A basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is advantageous.
