Job Title: Quality Inspector

Join Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited as a Quality Inspector and contribute to the success of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) in delivering high-quality construction projects.

About the Role:

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the required standards and regulations. You will work closely with the Project Delivery team to inspect and measure works completed at various stages throughout construction, maintaining detailed records and forwarding these records and measurements to the Contract Administrator/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure works completed at various stages throughout construction
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and measurements
  • Forward records and measurements to the Contract Administrator/Project Manager
  • Ensure that construction projects meet the required standards and regulations
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a Technical/Construction related discipline, plus 2 years' post-qualification experience in Construction maintenance. Alternatively, a BTEC Higher Certificate/Diploma or equivalent qualification in a Technical/Construction related discipline, plus 3 years' post-qualification experience in Construction maintenance may also be considered.

You will receive a competitive salary range of £23,893 - £33,945 and have the opportunity to work with a professional and multi-disciplinary team.
