We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical and Quality Team as a Technical Quality Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all quality records and delivery notes are accurately checked, collated, and filed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine temperature, labelling, and quality checks as required.
  • Perform glass/hard plastic integrity audits and collect samples for external analysis.
  • Update internal documentation, including quality records, and maintain document control.
  • Collate data for traces and ensure compliance with company systems, customers, and third-party inspections.
  • Complete internal calibration of temperature probes and ensure all taste panels, shelf-lives, and organoleptic testing are completed and recorded in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain attention to detail.
