Quality Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Norbev. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage health and safety, food safety, and quality documentation.
- Manage and test analytical criteria to meet customer specifications.
- Monitor traceability elements for production runs and ensure accuracy.
- Follow health and safety instructions and safeguard the health and safety of others.
- Ensure product is manufactured to customer specifications and comply with relevant codes and practices.
- Liaise with production team to ensure product meets specifications and deviations are addressed.
- Monitor waste processes and report any deviations from legal compliance.
- Provide support to the department during periods of annual leave.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1 year's experience in a similar role.
- Desirable: Food Safety level 2 qualification and Level 2 HACCP qualification.
