**Transport Administrator - Ballymena - Permanent**

Working closely with the transport coordinator, you will plan and organise transportation schedules and routes of product. **Duties will include**:
- Ensure all vehicle deliveries are carried out within lead-times
- Raising PO’s for transport loads
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and drivers
- Promptly handling customer enquiries
- General administration duties e.g., answering incoming calls, maintaining transport documentation records, filing etc
**What experience do you need?**
- Experience in an administration role essential
- Confident in using computer software such as Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Strong capability to deal professionally with customers/clients.
- Driven individual with a strong interest in the building/construction industry.
- Good level of education to include Mathematics, English
- Good organisational, time management, interpersonal skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
