Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing high-volume purchase orders and managing invoices.
  • Dealing with supplier queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Managing VAT returns and payment runs to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing system maintenance as needed.
  • Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.


Requirements:
  • Strong background in accounts payable and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately at speed and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Team.
