CV-Library seeks a highly skilled Accounts Administrator to provide administrative support on a part-time basis in St Albans, working 25-28 hours per week.

The successful candidate will join a small team to manage debtors, ensure timely payment, and perform effective credit control through phone and email communications with clients.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Debtor management: efficiently handle outstanding client debts
  2. Client query resolution: resolve and escalate customer inquiries as necessary
  3. Reconciliation: accurately reconcile financial records
  4. Invoicing: prepare and dispatch accurate invoices and credit notes

The ideal candidate will also provide general office administration support, including data entry, phone and email handling, office supply management, credit checks, and filing and document management.

This position requires an immediate start and involves using QuickBooks and credit control software. The temporary role is anticipated to last approximately one month but could be extended into the new year.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between £18,000 - £22,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
