Senior Children's Services Coordinator

Shire Healthcare is looking for an experienced Senior Children's Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our children's services team, you will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable children in a residential setting.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and will have previous experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). A driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
As a Senior Children's Services Coordinator, you will be accountable for the welfare of the children and staff members during your shifts, and will provide support using a person-centered approach. You will also be responsible for safeguarding vulnerable children and reporting any suspicions of harm.
This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week plus 6 sleep ins per month. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £38,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive company pension scheme and referral bonuses.
