Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an Administrative Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase and sales ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Process supplier invoices on Sage accounting system.
  • Monitor meter movements in the VMGR system for anomalies and corrections.
  • Reset cashless payment units remotely daily.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  2. Experience with Sage Line 50 Accounts software.
  3. Familiarity with Sage Payroll (training can be provided).
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
