Administrative Finance Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As an Administrative Finance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchase and sales ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Process supplier invoices on Sage accounting system.
- Monitor meter movements in the VMGR system for anomalies and corrections.
- Reset cashless payment units remotely daily.
Requirements:
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Sage Line 50 Accounts software.
- Familiarity with Sage Payroll (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
