Job Purpose

This role provides administrative support to Directors and Heads of Departments within Finance, ensuring the smooth running of department processes and general support for their teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • General duties for Directors and Heads of Departments within Finance, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Preparing documents for high-tier prizes.
  • Attending monthly prize claim panel to record minutes.
  • Providing support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Managing diaries to maximise Director time.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks and project-based work.

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
