Job Summary:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our team at Hillier Hopkins LLP. The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting and bookkeeping skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial records and statements.
- Perform data entry tasks and reconcile accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
