Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Complementary Therapy Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, delivering high-quality care and support to patients and their families across North West and South West Herts and Bucks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing the Complementary Therapy service, working closely with other therapy coordinators and the Wellbeing Therapies Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the delivery of complementary therapies to Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care patients.
  • Recruiting, training, and upskilling CT volunteers to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Supporting bank complementary therapists and managing referrals and caseloads efficiently.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on complementary therapies to clinical teams and promoting understanding of referral criteria internally and externally.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in coordinating complementary therapy services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel across the Rennie Grove Peace catchment area.
