Job Summary

About the Role

You will work closely with our Occupational Therapy team to assess and treat patients in their own homes, providing therapy and equipment as needed. Your autonomy and ability to manage your caseload will be essential in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients in their own homes, providing therapy and equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with the Occupational Therapy team to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Manage your caseload and make decisions regarding patient care.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
