Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Apex Educ8 Ltd in Watford. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for external vendors and creating accurate invoices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy skills, attention to detail, and strong time management abilities. Experience in data entry and/or administrative duties is highly desirable, although not essential.

This office-based role requires the ability to prioritize tasks and workload effectively. Good IT skills, particularly with Excel, are also necessary.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a strong work ethic. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Control
  • Processing timesheets and ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports for consultants and management
  • Accurately processing payroll and creating invoices
  • Responding to queries via email and phone

Requirements:

  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
