Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant - Accounts Payable based in Watford.
This role involves working with a focus on accounts payable duties, alongside additional tasks including online banking, posting receipts and payments, and reconciliations.
- **Estimated Salary:** £30,000 per annum pro rata
- 20 hours per week - flexibility on the days/hours worked
- Hybrid working arrangement

- Efficiently process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Raise payments to suppliers in a timely and secure manner
- Maintain customer and supplier records up-to-date
- Resolve queries and reconcile accounts promptly
- Timely review and process employee expenses
- Securely manage online banking activities
- Diligently perform month-end reconciliations
- Assist with credit control processes
- Support year-end audits as needed
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable management
- Confident in using Excel for data analysis
- A proactive approach and self-starter mindset
- Bonus points for experience working with multi-currency invoicing or varied accounting systems
