Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Financial Transaction Coordinator based in Watford.
This diverse role involves working with a focus on financial transactions, alongside additional tasks including online banking, posting receipts and payments, and reconciliations.
- **Estimated Salary:** £30,000 per annum pro rata
- 20 hours per week - flexibility on the days/hours worked

- Process invoices efficiently and accurately
- Raise payments to suppliers in a timely manner
- Maintain customer and supplier records effectively
- Resolve queries and reconcile accounts promptly
- Review and process employee expenses timely
- Manage online banking activities securely
- Perform month-end reconciliations diligently
- Assist with credit control processes
- Support year-end audits as needed
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial transaction management
- Confident in using Excel for data analysis
- A proactive approach and self-starter mindset
- Bonus points for experience working with multi-currency invoicing or varied accounting systems
