Job Title: Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Financial Transaction Coordinator based in Watford.

This diverse role involves working with a focus on financial transactions, alongside additional tasks including online banking, posting receipts and payments, and reconciliations.

  • **Estimated Salary:** £30,000 per annum pro rata
  • 20 hours per week - flexibility on the days/hours worked

About the Role:
  • Process invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Raise payments to suppliers in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer and supplier records effectively
  • Resolve queries and reconcile accounts promptly
  • Review and process employee expenses timely
  • Manage online banking activities securely
  • Perform month-end reconciliations diligently
  • Assist with credit control processes
  • Support year-end audits as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial transaction management
  • Confident in using Excel for data analysis
  • A proactive approach and self-starter mindset
  • Bonus points for experience working with multi-currency invoicing or varied accounting systems
