As an interim Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable team and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on a 12-month contract.

Job Description:

The role of the Accounts Payable Manager involves managing the entire accounts payable process, including processing invoices, credit notes, and expenses. You will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, running payment runs, and arranging manual payments. Additionally, you will process credit card payments and direct debits, follow up on queries from suppliers and employees, and ensure that expenses are within company policy requirements.

  • Proven experience in accounts payable management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agresso or D365 experience highly desirable
