Job Overview
Holywell Trust is seeking an experienced Programme Development Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Holywell Trust programmes, under the direction of the Director. They will maintain, develop, and review quality assurance systems, ensuring standards of delivery are monitored and evaluated as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,745 - £37,035 per annum, plus benefits including a 5% employer pension contribution and 3% employee contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Holywell Trust programmes
- Maintain, develop, and review quality assurance systems
- Develop and maintain awareness of community need, good practice development, and current legislation
- Liaise with policymakers, key stakeholders, and others to effectively articulate the views of participants

Requirements:
- Experience of working in a support capacity in the achievement of overall organisational aims and objectives
- Direct experience of project and programme development and management, ideally within a community sector setting
- Strong history of relationship development and management with a range of stakeholders
- Holds a big picture view, aware of future opportunities and challenges, and has used this in a strategic context
- A history of staff line management and supporting a team to achieve results
