Community Programme Coordinator

Holywell Trust is recruiting for a Community Programme Coordinator to support the Director in fulfilling the vision of Holywell Trust. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of Holywell Trust programmes, maintaining relationships with delivery partners, key stakeholders, and funders as required.
This is a crucial role within our organisation, and an opportunity to support the creation of real change. We offer a competitive salary of £35,745 - £37,035 per annum, plus benefits including a 5% employer pension contribution and 3% employee contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Holywell Trust programmes
- Maintain relationships with delivery partners, key stakeholders, and funders
- Contribute to the planning, design, and development of new programmes of work
- Develop and maintain awareness of community need, good practice development, and current legislation
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a support capacity in the achievement of overall organisational aims and objectives
- Direct experience of project and programme development and management, ideally within a community sector setting
- Strong history of relationship development and management with a range of stakeholders
- Holds a big picture view, aware of future opportunities and challenges, and has used this in a strategic context
