This is a crucial position within our team, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to support the Director in fulfilling our vision.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a support capacity to achieve overall organisational aims and objectives, as well as direct experience of project and programme development and management, ideally within a community sector setting.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,745 - £37,035 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Holywell Trust Programmes, maintaining robust relationships with delivery partners, key stakeholders, and funders, and contributing to the planning, design, and development of new programmes of work.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate a track record of quality assurance of projects and programmes, including relevant robust evaluation and monitoring processes, and strong history of relationship development and management with a range of stakeholders.
