The successful candidate will have a proven track record of programme management, staff leadership, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of community needs and a commitment to social justice.

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £37,500 per annum, plus benefits. The contract length is initially 12 months with the possibility of extension subject to funding availability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing programme strategies, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff to deliver programme objectives.
  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders, partners, and funders to secure resources and support.
  • Ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation of programme delivery.
