About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to develop and manage effective programmes that align with our organisational goals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of programme development, management, and delivery, as well as experience in relationship building and staff line management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the views of participants to policymakers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for someone who holds a big picture view, is aware of future opportunities and challenges, and has used this in a strategic context. A history of securing funding for community projects from various sources is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Delivery: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Holywell Trust Programmes, under the direction of the Director.
  • Leadership and Staff Management: Manage and develop a strong team, provide support and supervision, and ensure individuals meet their KPIs.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain, build, and develop robust relationships with delivery partners, stakeholders, and funders.
  • Fundraising: Contribute to securing new financial resources to support our continued work.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a support capacity in achieving overall organisational aims and objectives.
  • Direct experience of project and programme development and management, ideally within a community sector setting.
  • A history of quality assurance of projects and programmes, including robust evaluation and monitoring processes.
  • Strong history of relationship development and management with a range of stakeholders.
  • Holds a big picture view, is aware of future opportunities and challenges, and has used this in a strategic context.

Salary: £35,745 - £37,035 per annum (dependent on experience).

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, employer pension contribution, and a TOIL procedure.
