About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Child Development Programme Leader in Derry. You will be responsible for leading and managing our early years services, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children and their families.

Job Description
  • Liaise with parents and carers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement daily routines that promote children's learning and development.
  • Lead and motivate a staff team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including social services and healthcare providers.

Salary
