Holywell Trust is recruiting for the position of Programme Manager to support the Director in delivering our vision of a truly inclusive, shared future.

This is a vital role within our organisation, and we are seeking an exceptional individual to manage the delivery of Holywell Trust Programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience of project and programme development and management, ideally within a community sector setting, as well as direct experience of staff line management and supporting a team to achieve results.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,745 - £37,035 per annum, based on 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key responsibilities include programme delivery, leadership and staff management, and general duties such as promoting the work of Holywell Trust and participating in team meetings.

We are looking for an experienced leader who can demonstrate a track record of securing funding for community projects from a range of sources, and strong history of relationship development and management with a range of stakeholders.
