Project Coordination Specialist

The Project Coordination Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Director in achieving the organisation's vision and mission. This includes managing programme delivery, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to programme planning and design.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. You will also have experience in staff line management, supporting teams to deliver high-quality results and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating programme delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
- Maintaining and developing relationships with stakeholders, including delivery partners, funders, and policymakers
- Contributing to programme planning and design, aligning with organisational goals and objectives
We offer a competitive salary of £36,945 - £37,145, plus benefits, including 25 days' annual leave and pension contributions.
