Job Summary:
Our client, the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, requires an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to lead planned maintenance projects. As a valued member of the team, you will oversee construction works, administer contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating with construction professionals, external consultants, and contractors
• Administering JCT contracts and NEC3 Short Contract for planned maintenance projects
• Monitoring KPIs and enforcing performance management policies

Requirements:
