Expert Construction is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead projects in Northern Ireland. This challenging role offers a market-leading remuneration package and the opportunity to work on various construction projects, including Social Housing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality finishes with zero defects and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervise and organize direct and subcontract staff
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and statutory agencies
  • Conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Site Management on Private/Social Housing projects
  • High level of finishing skills
  • First Aid qualification
  • Strong Health & Safety record
  • CSR Gold Card desirable

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
