Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager with expertise in NEC contracts and a proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Delivery: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Nec Contract Management: Managing all Nec contract-related activities, including preparation, administration, and compliance.
  • Cost and Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the public sector, and comprehensive knowledge of Nec terms and procedures. A relevant degree in construction management or civil engineering is essential.
