VANRATH is excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our public sector client in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leading cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts to drive projects to successful completion.
- Developing and implementing strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met by all parties and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout all project activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency in interpreting and applying Nec terms and procedures. A competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications will be offered to the successful candidate.
