Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Construction Manager to join our client in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering residential construction projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for providing commercial support and advice to the Contracts Manager, Site Managers and other stakeholders. You will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To manage all aspects of the project from pre-construction through to handover
  • To develop and implement the project plan and ensure that it is achieved
  • To provide commercial support and advice to the Contracts Manager, Site Managers and other stakeholders
  • To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
