Expert Recruitment is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join a successful Contractor in the Dungiven area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong placement year in the Building/Civil Engineering sector and working knowledge of pre and post contract duties.

A market leading remuneration package, including a company car, is offered to the successful candidate. The salary for this role is estimated to be £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role
  • Manage commercial aspects of projects, including subcontractors and final accounts.
  • Work with the company to deliver significant contracts in ROI & NI.

This is an excellent opportunity for Quantity Surveyors and graduates looking to excel in their careers. The role offers a strong work-life balance, with regular working hours of 8-5pm, Monday to Friday.
