Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MEICA Project Manager to join our team at Wellington Professional Recruitment. As a key member of our wastewater specialist team, you will be responsible for the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of various wastewater projects throughout Northern Ireland.

About the Role

  1. Project Management: You will be instrumental in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project quality objectives.
  2. Site Asset Surveys: Conduct site surveys at the scoping stage and commissioning/handover stage to ensure accurate data collection.
  3. Design and Coordination: Assist in preparing mechanical designs, specifications, equipment orders, and schedules.
  4. Commercial Engagement: Effectively manage risk and performance through commercial engagement with stakeholders.
  5. Liaison and Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely management of temporary and permanent design to meet project requirements.
  6. Health and Safety: Work towards achieving Health and Safety objectives and overall project quality goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: Over 3 years' postgraduate experience within the wastewater industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project (or Primavera), and good working knowledge of NEC 3 & 4 contract conditions, CDM regulations.
  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
