Programme Director

Holywell Trust is a dynamic organization seeking a Programme Manager to support the Director in fulfilling the vision of creating a truly inclusive, shared future. This crucial role requires a strong team leader who can manage programme delivery and staff development.
The successful candidate will have experience in project and programme management, quality assurance, relationship building, and staff line management. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of securing funding for community projects and a history of staff training and development.
We are offering a competitive salary of £36,000 - £37,500 per annum, depending on experience. The contract length is initially 12 months with the possibility of extension subject to funding availability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating programme delivery, including facilitation, recruitment, training, and evaluation.
- Maintaining relationships with delivery partners, stakeholders, and funders.
- Contributing to the planning and design of new programmes of work.
- Liaising with policymakers and key stakeholders to effectively articulate participant views.
