Health and Social Care Programme Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced health and social care programme coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in the success of our Homeless Health Peer Advocacy programme.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in health and social care, preferably in a programme coordination role. They will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the programme, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, and making key decisions to drive its success.
The salary for this role is £38,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Homeless Health Peer Advocacy programme
- To provide administrative support to the programme team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication
- To work closely with stakeholders, including funders, partners, and local authorities, to ensure the programme meets its objectives
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the programme operates within best practice guidelines
- To assist in managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the programme stays within budget and achieves its outcomes
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as health and social care or business administration
- Significant experience in health and social care, preferably in a programme coordination role
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
