Job Title: Community Engagement Director

About the Role:
The Community Engagement Director will be responsible for heading up Manchester United Foundation's activities in Northern Ireland, overseeing all Education and Community Programmes. This leadership role requires strategic direction and vision to identify and develop qualitative programmes and workshops in line with key objectives.

About the Job:
This is a senior management position that involves working strategically across all Manchester United Foundation departments, and with Ulster University's Widening Access Team, to identify and develop programmes and workshops that meet the needs of young people in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering education and community engagement services and events to partners and programme participants.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people. You will have a strong understanding of the issues affecting young people in Northern Ireland and be able to provide strategic direction to develop programmes and workshops that address these issues. You will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, manage, mentor, and support staff ensuring they continue to deliver the highest standards of care, supervision, safeguarding and service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic direction and vision to develop programmes and workshops that meet the needs of young people in Northern Ireland.
* Work strategically across all Manchester United Foundation departments, and with Ulster University's Widening Access Team, to identify and develop programmes and workshops.
* Lead, manage, mentor, and support staff ensuring they continue to deliver the highest standards of care, supervision, safeguarding and service.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
