Job Description:
Holywell Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to support the Director in achieving the organization's vision.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and programmes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and leading a team to deliver excellent results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Programme Delivery:
- Develop and implement effective programme management strategies.
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Holywell Trust Programmes.
- Leadership and Staff Management:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve organisational objectives.
- Develop and implement staff training and development plans.
- General:
- Act as an ambassador for Holywell Trust.
- Promote organisational values and culture.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience of project and programme management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Salary: £35,745 - £37,035 per annum (pro rata).
