Engineering Project Lead

Surge Group is a dynamic and innovative company that is always looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our delivery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality projects and have a strong background in engineering or project management.
Key Responsibilities- Site Supervision & Leadership:
- Supervise subcontractors and supply chain teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing the Construction Phase Plan.
- Oversee site mobilization and ensure all site inductions are conducted for visitors and personnel.
- Review RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and ensure they are followed on-site.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials to the site, managing logistics and site operations.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
