At Peregrine, we are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to join our team in the financial industry. The role involves supporting programme and project managers across a range of services, including planning, RAID management, monitoring and reporting, budgeting, and coordination.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a PMO environment on high-priority projects, producing high-quality documentation and reports, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. They should also have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across project boundaries.

Responsibilities
  1. Support programme and project managers in planning, RAID management, and monitoring and reporting.
  2. Coordinate change control processes and ensure adherence to governance procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO community.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a PMO environment on high-priority projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across project boundaries.
