Duties will include: General administration as required to support the Maintenance department. Ensuring the administration tasks are produced to the correct standard and in a timely manner to ensure the department operates efficiently. Liaising with suppliers and contractors. Working with purchase orders and invoices. Data input using internal/external software. Supporting on the delivery of engineering projects. Adhere to all relevant company procedures. Build good relationships with all areas of the factory and external contractors present on site Carry out the scheduling tasks of all engineering works Criteria: 3-5 years experience in an administration role Administration qualification Maths & English GCSE's grade C or above If you are interested in a position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply online, email or call Aimee on in strictest confidence.
