Brook Street Recruitment is working with a leading organization in Derry/Londonderry to find a skilled Maintenance Administrator/Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical and administrative support to the Maintenance department, ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration tasks to support the Maintenance department.
  • Ensuring administration tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Working with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Data input using internal/external software.
  • Supporting the delivery of engineering projects.
  • Adhering to company procedures.
  • Building relationships with factory teams and external contractors.
  • Deputising for the Maintenance Manager in meetings.
  • Taking ownership of business processes and implementing improvements.
  • Setting up and maintaining file structures and databases.
  • Inputting data into spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems.
