Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Northern Ireland's largest social landlord as a Quantity Surveyor.

The role involves ensuring the effective commercial management of Planned Works and Compliance related investment in NIHE properties. This includes preparing specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and schedule of rates, providing support for contract terms and conditions, and administering NIHE's contracts to ensure maximum value for money.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline, or BTEC Higher qualification in a construction related discipline with relevant experience. Additionally, you must demonstrate at least 1 year's experience in planning and delivering a value for money construction programme and managing NEC 3/4 construction contracts.

Benefits:
  • Paid via Hays on a weekly basis for all hours worked.
  • $34,834-$40,221 per annum.
