Job Description: As a Year 3 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted support to a Year 3 pupil with Autism.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing effective 1:1 support strategies to enhance the pupil's engagement and motivation in their learning.
  2. Collaborating with the class teacher to adapt teaching methods to meet the pupil's individual needs and abilities.
  3. Fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
  4. Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency in support and promote a collaborative approach.
