Job Title: Year 3 Autism Support Worker

Lovely Primary School in Tottenham, Haringey is seeking a passionate and committed Autism support worker to join our team and provide specialist support to students with Autism in a Year 3 class.

The Role:
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized support plans for students with Autism, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and confidence of students with Autism, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of Autism spectrum disorder and its impact on learning, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Key Benefits:

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Full-time, term time only, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Location: Lovely Primary School in Tottenham, Haringey
