Senior Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Teledyne UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our gas detection solutions in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed targets and grow market share in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including distributors, end-users, and engineering companies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and build brand awareness.
- Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, inside sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other IT tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

This role is based in the UK, with regular travel to Ireland and other locations within the region.
