About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Teledyne UK Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our gas detection solutions in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed targets and grow market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including distributors, end-users, and engineering companies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including marketing, inside sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or business administration.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other IT tools.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

Location

This role is based in the UK, with regular travel to Ireland and other locations within the region.
