About the Role

Chart Industries is seeking a skilled Global Sales Growth Manager to lead our Industrial Solutions team. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will drive profitable growth by providing valued solutions to our customers.

This role involves developing and executing regional business plans, budgets, and forecasts by product and market. You will also be responsible for owning the Aftermarket business worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive growth
  • Developing and executing regional business plans and budgets
  • Providing market insights, data, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Significant relevant business experience, including sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and/or field service
  • Strong product knowledge and experience of rotating equipment
  • Industry experience in power generation, Upstream and Downstream O&G/Petrochem, and industrial process
  • Experience in managing distribution and sales channels
