We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services in Belfast. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage service calls and dispatch engineers to client sites as required
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and communications with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • GCSEs grades A*-C including Maths and English
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a helpdesk or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
