Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Helpdesk Administrator. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone
  • Manage customer records and dispatch engineers
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries
  • Book appointments and arrange access

Essential Requirements:
  • X5 GCSEs grades A*-C including Math and English
  • At least 2 years of administration experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills
